YOUTH PROGRAM VISIONING TOWN HALL MEETING, SUNDAY, MARCH 24th at 11:45am in Room 207.

Do you have ideas, hopes, or dreams for our youth program going forward? We want your input!

As most of you know, Heather Dumais is leaving at the end of this school year. With such a key staff member leaving AND a budget crunch for 2024, Good Shepherd is called to take a step back and discern how best to form and engage our youth including funding and staffing levels. As with many other aspects of our life together, the budget realities are moving us to call for more lay participation and prayerful stewardship of available resources. We believe that this is an opportunity to grow our faith muscles and knit our community together. 

We are inviting youth, their parents, past and current volunteers engaged with youth, and any other adults who care about the future of this important ministry to give their input regarding the broad vision and specific activities for our youth program for the 2024-2025 academic year and beyond. Having broad-based input will help current leadership focus our energy and resources to support a shared vision, purpose, and goals for youth formation.
