Rev. William T. Richter, Rector
Father Bill provides overall spiritual leadership for the parish, articulates the vision and goals of the ministry of Good Shepherd, and supervises all staff members. A gifted teacher and contemplative leader, Father Bill leads several discussion groups, a weekly Bible Study, an on-demand service of prayers for peace, and a Saturday meditation group. Corky assists with programming for children and youth with a warm smile and positive vibe. She also maintains our membership records and assists staff members in various ways. Email Corky Foltz
Medina maintains our financial records and supports the work of the finance committee. She can help you set up recurring donations or get reimbursed for expenses that have been approved by a staff or vestry member. Email Medina Ford
Joseph Painter, Director of Music Ministries
Joseph joined Good Shepherd in August of 2023. He has over 30 years experience with church and community choirs including adult, children’s and handbell choirs. Good Shepherd is thrilled to have found someone whose talents lined up with our needs so perfectly! To inquire about music ministries, please email Joseph.
Heather Dumais, Director of Youth & Family Ministry
Heather plans and directs Christian Education activities for children and youth including Sunday School classes, Episcopal Youth Community (EYC), Vacation Bible School, and the annual youth mission trip. Heather is your go-to person for those ministries and formational milestones like “First Communion” and Confirmation. Email Heather
Donna Clifford, Parish Administrator
Donna keeps parish operations running smoothly, supervises support staff and volunteers, and handles all regular communications activities including website updates, email blasts, and producing Monthly Newsletters and Sunday bulletins. Email Donna Clifford
Rev. L. Celeste Geldreich, Curate
Mother Celeste has served Good Shepherd as Curate since August of 2022 and was ordained a priest at Good Shepherd on February 1st, 2023. She is responsible for coordinating pastoral care and lay eucharistic visits, and teaches adult Sunday School most Sundays. She and Father Bill share preaching and sacramental duties at Good Shepherd. Email Mother Celeste
