Father Nick 's responsibilities: Provide overall spiritual leadership for the parish and articulate the vision and goals of the ministry of Good Shepherd. Participate and direct the participation of others in the Sacraments and services of the Parish. Appoint the members of all standing committees and the Senior Warden and Treasurer of the Parish. Direct or indirect supervisor of all staff. Assistant to the Rector- The Rev. Robert P. Goolsby

Father Bob works in all areas of our congregation’s life, including assisting in worship, pastoral care, teaching, and ministry to and with the various ministry groups in our congregation. Director of Music Ministries -Jackson Hearn
Mr. Hearn’s responsibilities: Develop plans and programs for the music liturgy of the corporate worship and the overall music ministry of the Parish. Direct the implementation of approved plans and programs. Recruit, develop and direct the various music groups of the Parish. Provide for the musical needs of all worship services and special services as required. Provide a diverse musical offering reflective of the needs of the Parish. Volunteer Director of Christian Education -  Fran Barrack

Responsibilities include: Design, develop and implement comprehensive, high-quality educational programs for preschool through adult. Sunday programs will be scheduled year-round for all ages and other offerings will be designed as needed. Acquire appropriate curriculum and teaching materials for all ages. Recruit and train volunteer staff for all programs. Establish budget and maintain all attendance records. Director of Good Shepherd School - Jan Lopez  
 
       Mrs. Lopez's Responsibilities include: Being the Director of Good Shepherd School and all that that entails. Design and implement weekly Schedule and program for children ages 2 - 5 years. . Recruit, hire, and train staff members. Acquire and maintain appropriate materials for all classes. Maintain records and reports, as needed. Prepare annual budget which maintains self-funding status, annually, for approval by School Board and Vestry. Be present at  weekly meetings with the church staff and monthly School Board meetings. Director of Youth and Young Adults - Nancy Schorr

    Mrs. Schorr's responsibilities include: Ministry to the Middle School, Senior High and College Youth age groups in such a way as to nurture their relationship with, and commitment to Christ.  Develop a diverse program to meet the needs of churched and unchurched youth. Director of MDO/ Bev Wheeler

    Mrs. Wheeler's responsibilities are to design and implement weekly Mother's Day Out program for children ages 0 - 4 years. Program to be maintained throughout school year; a separate summer program should be planned by director with input from School Board members. Recruit, hire, and train staff members. Acquire and maintain appropriate materials for all classes. Maintain records and reports, as needed. Prepare annual budget which maintains self-funding status, annually, for approval by School Board and Vestry. Be present for all Mother's Day Out sessions, as well as weekly meetings with the church staff and monthly School Board meetings. Executive Secretary/Office Manager  -   Donna Clifford

Mrs. Clifford's responsibilities: Serve as Executive Secretary to Rector. Create and maintain web page. Coordinate Church Calendar. Maintain Church records and building usage. Provide secretarial support to other staff professionals. Direct efficient operation of parish office and administrative functions. Supervise work assignments and provide work direction to full time, part time paid and volunteer office staff. Train office staff volunteers to maximize their productivity. Bookkeeper - Tammy Langlinais

Ms. Langlinais Responsibilities Include: Custodian for the financial books and records of the parish. Account for all receipts and disbursements of the parish. Maintain pledge records, pledge payments and produce statements for same. Process payroll for Church employees. Maintain payroll and pension records and submit required reports.

Parish Secretary - Lavera Williams     

Mrs. Williams' Responsibilities   Include: Prepare all general written communications of the Parish. Assure timely publication and distribution of newsletter, service bulletins and announcements. Email Lavera Williams at laverawilliams@goodshepherdkingwood.org

Verger - Paul Brinsden

Director of Caregiving/Susan Clewner

    Mrs. Clewner's Responsibilities: To supervise and recruit both paid and volunteer staffing for Sunday morning services and classes on a rotation system with the Assistant Director. Arrange and supervise Caregiving for all other parish activities utilizing Caregiving (examples: Rally Day and Annual Meeting, Lenten Series, Sunday School Teacher Training, Scenes of the Passion, Confirmation Dinner, and monthly Newcomers' Coffee). Provide training for all staff, as needed. Plan, purchase, and maintain supplies and equipment necessary for program implementation. Email Mrs. Clewener at clewners@juno.com
