POLICY REGARDING MONETARY ADVANCES TO PARISHIONERS FOR CHURCH ACTIVITIES

It is the policy of the Episcopal church of the Good Shepherd, Kingwood, Texas, that monetary advances for purchases are strongly discouraged.

                I.   Purchases for special events should be handled by the Office Manager and charged against Church accounts.

               II.   Advances must be approved by the Vestry Liaison or the Treasurer and this authority may not be delegated.
