REQUEST FOR BULLETIN BOARD SPACE
Please submit this form along with information and/or materials/photos
at least two weeks prior to desired display date. You may put a display
together yourself that will fit into a 20”x16” frame (horizontal). If it
is an activity requiring sign-ups, include a separate 8-1/2”x11” sign-up
sheet with appropriate heading and number of lines for signatures. If
you feel you need a larger display area, please contact the Vestry
Communications Liaison.

Committee mailbox or if too large, place in Communications cabinet
underneath mailboxes. After the display comes down, you may pick up
photos or display from the same cabinet, if you do not wish to donate
