Texas, to reserve usage of its building facility to its parishioners for
Church-related activities with the following exceptions:
Parishioners may use the Great Hall, Parish Hall and
kitchen for such events as a wedding reception (see Wedding Policy), an
anniversary party, or a birthday party, typically one-time-only events.
Outside non-profit groups are permitted to use the
church facilities for events which are in keeping with the general
tenets and teachings of the Protestant Episcopal Church.
1. GUIDELINES FOR BUILDING USE BY MEMBERS

reported promptly to the Office Manager. Payment for such damages shall
be made by the user or group.
