| Members of the KnitCrochet Group make scarves and caps for the Seafarers' Centers at the Port of Houston at Christmastime. Throughout the year we knit and crochet prayer shawls for St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and Good Shepherd’s pastoral care program.
In addition, we knit baby caps for newborns at the Kingwood Medical Center. We also enjoy working on our own personal projects and visiting with one another at our meetings, which are held on the first Friday of the month, from 1:30-4:30 p.m., in room 206 of the Mission Center. All skill levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome. |
