The
Attention Deficit Disorder Association – Southern Region (ADDA-SR)
Kingwood/Humble/Atascocita Chapter is a nonprofit organization that
meets monthly, 7 – 9 p.m. at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 2929
Woodland Hills Drive, Kingwood in Room 211.
In lieu of our next support group
meeting at the church, I would like to invite our church family and
community to attend ADDA-SR’s 24th Annual Conference,
“Survive and Thrive with ADHD,” February 17-18, 2012 at The Sheraton
North Houston Hotel, Houston, TX. This event is jointly sponsored
by Smith Bucklin and is designed for parents, educators, healthcare
professionals, and adults with ADHD. The keynote speaker is Thomas
Matthews, M.D., with UT San Antonio. Thirty breakout sessions will
address a variety of topics including evaluation, behavior
management, life skills, medication, teen issues, treatments, and
ethics. CE’s are available. For more information please contact
